02 Sep 2026, 14:00 - 15:00
Choose event information:
This webinar aims to support members and nurses within Emergency Care both as managers/mentors for signing nurses off, and for members and nurses to understand the competencies and how they can achieve them. The framework provides structure, standardisation, and clarity to the professional development of nurses working in a wide range of urgent and emergency care settings ensuring they are competent and confident in the skills required to provide excellent care.
This webinar aims to support both sign off and achievement support of the competency framework for registered nurses in Emergency Care Levels 1 and 2.
We plan to deliver information on the competencies, the tools you can use to support knowledge and understanding and evidencing your achievements.
Delivered by two members of the RCN Urgent and Emergency Care forum: ACP Matt Osborne and RN Natalie Stringer, with the rest of the forum available to discuss and support.
