It will apply to both the independent and social care sector and the NHS and what the implication are in this area of the recent employment legislation. We will look at what Learning Reps and Stewards can do to improve the working lives of members in this phase – and how we can hold the employer to account.
This session is for RCN reps only. If you're an RCN member and a registered nurse, nursing associate or nursing support worker in employment, you can apply to become an RCN representative. For further information, please contact your local office or mentor.
