This free event brings together nursing leaders, researchers, educators and healthcare professionals to explore the vital role of nursing in conflict, crisis and recovery settings.
We will showcase how leadership, research and strategic partnerships can strengthen healthcare systems in challenging environments, with speakers sharing practical experience, evidence and insights from across the sector.
Discussions will cover topics including healthcare delivery in conflict settings, workforce support, partnership working, recovery and resilience, global health collaborations, and the contribution of diaspora communities to rebuilding health systems.
Featuring keynote addresses, expert panels and opportunities for networking, the programme will highlight the experiences of nurses, midwives, humanitarian practitioners and researchers working on the front lines of crisis response and post conflict recovery.
Through a combination of evidence, experienced and practical dialogue, the event aims to demonstrate how nurse led partnerships can support sustainable recovery, build capacity and strengthen healthcare systems in conflict affected communities worldwide
