This programme aims to assist nursing home managers in understanding their leadership roles, emphasising person-centred practice, and cultivating healthful cultures. The aim is to ensure and maintain safe, effective, and compassionate patient care underpinned by a rights-based approach within their areas of responsibility. Participants will be encouraged to explore collaborative leadership with their peer group, integrating the attributes of person-centred practice. The programme will explore the legislative framework guiding how they operate and their personal responsibility and accountability within this framework.
This programme is designed for Independent Sector Nursing Home Managers
Please note: places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Programme 1 dates: Monday 25, Tuesday 26, & Wednesday 27 January 2027, 10am - 4pm each day.
