This programme aims to assist registered nurses in charge of the nursing home to understand their leadership role while fostering a person-centred practice and cultivating healthful cultures. Participants will explore collaborative leadership within their peer group, underpinned by a rights-based approach to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate person-centred practice. This programme explores the legislative framework guiding their work and their personal responsibility and accountability within this framework.
This programme is designed for Independent Sector registered nurses in charge of a nursing home.
Please note: places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Programme 2 dates: Monday 22 & Wednesday 24 March 2027, 10am - 4pm both days.
