Learning outcomes
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

- Engage in safe, critical reflection on professional challenges and opportunities.
- Strengthen confidence in creating compassionate, psychologically safe and trauma-informed environments.

Core content areas
The programme is structured around five key areas:
- Reflecting on PNA practice - Exploring role expectations, challenges and impacts across individuals, teams and organisations.
- A-EQUIP and Restorative Clinical Supervision - Revisiting the model’s components (advocacy, education, quality improvement, understanding and professional leadership) and applying these in practice.
- Critical reflective practice - Developing deeper reflective capability, including boundaries, accountability and supervisory relationships.
- Compassionate and psychologically safe practice - Building confidence in facilitating restorative supervision through compassion, psychological safety and trauma-informed approaches.
- Reconnecting with professional values and future practice - Re-engaging with purpose, vision and ongoing development as a PNA.
These are supported by structured reflective activities, supervision models, frameworks and applied exercises to enable translation into practice.
