Applications for the RCN Student Ambassador Conference 2026 are now CLOSED.
We are delighted to announce details of the RCN Student Ambassador Conference, which is taking place at RCN HQ, London on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
The conference is a fantastic opportunity to come together as Student Ambassadors and experience a programme that will inspire, inform and connect you in your role. It will be a conference to:
• inspire and activate
• connect and communicate
• equip and inform
All RCN Student Ambassadors are invited to apply for a place at the conference. If you did not receive the email invitation to apply please contact rcnevents@rcn.org.uk
RCN regions and countries are assigned a set number of conference places. They will be allocating places using agreed criteria and will maintain a waiting list in the event of oversubscription. Places are limited and must be applied for using an online application form which is now open.
Applications for the RCN Student Ambassador Conference 2026 are now closed, places will be confirmed by regions and countries by 21 September.
Eligibility - this conference is open to RCN Student Ambassadors only.

20 Cavendish Square is easily accessible from the M1 and M40 and is within London’s ULEZ and Congestion Charge zones.
The nearest car park is Q-Park Oxford Street and located under Cavendish Square.

Registration
On arrival please make your way to the RCN registration desk which will be clearly signposted. You will be issued with conference materials, including a name badge. Refreshments will be available through-out registration from 10am.
Travel and accommodation
Travel has been arranged for all Student Ambassadors who requested it and confirmations have been emailed separately.
Accommodation has been arranged for all Student Ambassadors who require it to be able to attend the conference. Confirmation of hotel arrangements will be emailed separately.

A copy of the programme will be provided on the day and is available online here.
Exhibition
There will be an exhibition running alongside this event. Exhibitors have chosen to exhibit at this conference as they feel their products and/or services may be of interest to you. The exhibition also supports the conference, please take the time to visit each exhibition stand during the exhibition viewing times.
Lunch
Lunch will be served at the time specified in the programme. If you have any specific dietary requirements please email RCNEvents@rcn.org.uk in advance so we can ensure your needs are catered for.

Cancellations and substitutions
Please inform the RCN Event Registrations team on 029 2054 6460 should you need to cancel your place. Places can not be substituted.
After the event
Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation at the end of the event. All answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will help us to shape future events, both online and face to face.
CPD certificates will be available via your MyRCN account after the event. Simply login and navigate to ‘My membership’. Under this is ‘My letters, certificates and documents’. Click on ‘certificates of attendance’ and download.
This event is open to RCN Student Ambassadors only.
Places are limited and must be applied for using an online application form.
RCN regions and countries are assigned conference places in proportion to their number of Student Ambassadors. Places will be allocated using agreed criteria and a waiting list will be maintained in the event of oversubscription.
The online application form to register is now live. The closing date is 11 September and following this Student Ambassadors will be notified within 1 week if a place at the conference has been approved. At that time there will be access to a travel request form to complete to confirm requirements.
All travel will be arranged centrally as part of the registration process. Following RCN policy guidelines, accommodation will be offered only to those who require it to be able to attend the conference.
