After the success of our online learning and development programme exclusively for RCN representatives, we are delighted to bring you some further sessions for 2026.
The first event will help you learn how to support members facing redundancy. Particularly topical with all the changes affecting NHS England and ICBs, the session also explores the implications for members working for other employers who are going through a period of organisational change.
You will be able to provide members with useful information about the process, including consultation, suitable alternative employment, severance schemes, voluntary redundancy and redundancy pay.
