Due to the continuing success of our online learning and development programme exclusively for RCN representatives, we are once again focusing on an area that is dominating the nursing agenda.
This session will help you learn how to support members facing redundancy. Particularly topical with all the changes affecting NHS England and ICBs, the session also explores the implications for members working for other employers who are going through a period of organisational change.
You will be able to provide members with useful information about the process, including consultation, suitable alternative employment, severance schemes, voluntary redundancy and redundancy pay.
If you are unable to make this session, it is being repeated on Monday 21 September from 2pm - 4pm.
