Join colleagues from the RCN and members working for HCRG Wiltshire to discuss workplace issues and concerns.
Concerns have been raised regarding working conditions and the impact these are having on staffing colleagues. We recognise that many members may be experiencing challenges in the workplace, and we want to ensure that your views, experiences, and concerns are heard.
To help us better understand the issues affecting members and to plan the support we can provide moving forward, we would like to invite you to attend an RCN member meeting.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to:
- Share your experiences and concerns in a supportive environment.
- Discuss the impact that current working conditions are having on staff and services.
- Identify the key issues to be addressed.
- Help shape the support, representation, and engagement we provide on your behalf.
- Connect with fellow RCN members and discuss common concerns.
This meeting is an opportunity for us to listen directly to members, understand the issues that matter most to you, and agree the best way forward in supporting staff collectively.
