The final Art of Nursing Webinar, in partnership with Foundation of Nursing Studies, explores the multi-faceted arts of caring.
Join us for the final Art of Nursing webinar to find out how the arts and creativity are integral to caring.
Hear how the words and care of nurses sparked author Michael Rosen to write Many Different Kinds of Love, how using comedy to promote sexual health in prisons inspired public health specialist and nurse Marion Lynch’s launch of Art of Nursing CIC, how singing in care homes prompted nurse Sophie Wallace to bring musicians into the ITU (Intensive Therapy Unit) to start lung health groups, and how research into end of life care stirred nurse Bella Madden to write up the research as a poem.
Our webinars fit into your busy life, designed so that you may listen on the go or join us whilst you take a moment, and we have a fire side chat. The webinars are engaging hour-long fire side chats (no slides allowed), bringing interesting people and innovative ideas together to show what is possible and how the arts help us deliver sustainable goals. Nurses, artists, and activists come together to share their work and inspire others into action.
