This masterclass will give RCN stewards working in England knowledge around casework.
We will work together to give you the skills and confidence around casework and individual representation, and explore how best to prepare a case, build useful credible witness testimony and the essentials of record keeping.
If you are unable to attend this session, another will take place on Tuesday 10 November from 10am - 12pm.
