This masterclass will give RCN stewards working in England knowledge around casework.
We will work together to give you the skills and confidence around casework and individual representation, and explore how best to prepare a case, build useful credible witness testimony and the essentials of record keeping.
This session is for RCN reps only. If you're an RCN member and a registered nurse, nursing associate or nursing support worker in employment, you can apply to become an RCN representative.
