Members are invited to join this free online learning session hosted by RCN Essex Branch, to explore two very different nursing career pathways.
Join us for our 'A Day in the Life of...' learning session and hear from experienced nursing professionals working in palliative care and the Armed Forces. Through short presentations and Q&A sessions, our speakers will share their career journeys, what a typical working day looks like, the challenges and rewards of their roles and the skills needed to succeed.
This is a great opportunity to gain insight into specialist areas of nursing, learn about career progression opportunities and ask questions directly to professionals working in the field.
The session will feature:
- Jenny Bacon, Senior Nurse, St Luke's Hospice (Palliative Care)
- Claire Richardson, Registered Nurse, Armed Forces
