RCN Eastern reps are invited to our regional workshop focussing on nursing profiles and job evaluation.
At this online session, we will look at:
- Evaluating the evaluation policy - where to start and what to look for
- Job descriptions - why they need to be accurate and not generic
- Participating in panels - how to apply and arrangements for time off
- Responding to members' questions and keeping everyone in the loop.
Following on from the national briefing on the new nursing profiles roll-out, this informal regional session is your opportunity as RCN reps to discuss job evaluation policies and your own employer's approach with our Regional Pay Delivery Officer Steve Haynes.
The workshop, held on MS Teams, will be particularly relevant for stewards and learning reps, but safety reps are also encouraged to attend this session and nominate themselves as panel members.
