All RCN North Lincolnshire members are invited to attend this in-person learning event, which will focus on delivering financial and workplace guidance to members. The event will also incorporate the branch Annual General Meeting.
Learning event: Financial and workplace support
This learning event will consist of two sessions. The first, delivered by Gillian McGrath from Quilter Financial Services, will provide financial advice for members and will discuss pensions, the cost of living and tax.
The second session will focus on need-dependent workplace adjustments, looking at disability, neurodiversity and other impacts on members in the workplace and discussing possible solutions. It will be presented by Sharon Osborne (Branch Chair) and Fiona Milner (Branch Treasurer).
Branch Annual General Meeting
This is your opportunity to make a difference by shaping local branch activities for the year ahead and electing your branch committee members. You can even stand for election yourself if you want to get more involved! The AGM is an opportunity for you to get involved in shaping the future of your branch, have your say on how it's run and learn more about the activities it undertakes.
If you're new to the RCN and this is your first AGM, please get involved - it's a great way to meet colleagues and other RCN members and influence the year ahead.

Being a branch committee member is a great personal and professional development opportunity. You can nominate yourself for a position on the committee for 2027 by completing the nomination form before the AGM.
