All RCN Northamptonshire branch members are invited to attend this study day, which will cover a range of topics exploring how to improve outcomes in the workplace.
Study day: Reflecting for positive outcomes in the workplace
The programme for the study day will include the following presentations:
- Communication in challenging circumstances – Danny Crussell, CAMHS, Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
- The impact of data breaches – Sarah Stell, Deputy Head of Data Security and Protection, University Hospitals of Northamptonshire
- Reflection for critical events – Practice Development Team, University Hospitals of Northamptonshire
- The grievance resolution process – presented by a Senior Regional Officer from RCN East Midlands
- Emotional resilience and moral injury – speaker to be confirmed
