RCN Nottinghamshire learning event: Wellbeing and resilience in the face of moral injury

RCN Nottinghamshire branch members are invited to this learning event, which will explore work-related stress and psychological safety. The session will be held in both the morning and the afternoon - members can register for either one to suit their availability.
The morning session will take place from 10am - 12.30pm (registration from 9.30am).
The afternoon session will take place from 1.30pm - 4pm (registration from 1pm).
The learning event will incorporate the following:
- Understanding how work-related stress is a collective issue. How do we achieve positive change?
Presented by Mike Hines, RCN Safety and Wellbeing National Officer - Presentation and interactive session on psychological safety.
Delivered by Sophie Ford, RCN Equity & Inclusion Lead.
