This focused 90-minute session brings together experts from across RCN Member Support Services to help you understand your rights, explore your options and take confident next steps if your employer’s sponsor licence is suspended or revoked.
This webinar is for UK based nurses, nursing support workers, midwives and students working on a visa that depends on employer sponsorship, who have been affected by their employer’s sponsor licence suspension or loss.
Our Immigration Advice Service will explain what happens to your visa, the 60-day curtailment process, and the options available to you.
The Careers Service will share practical tips and explain how they can help with strengthening your CV, writing supporting statements and interview coaching.
You’ll also hear from our Counselling Service on looking after your wellbeing during periods of change.
