The RCN Forums and Nursing Activism Conference 2026
Professional forums hold enormous potential to influence change, they connect expertise, lived experience and frontline realities. With over 30 forums and more than 213,000 members, forum activists are already shaping conversations across the profession.
The RCN Forums and Nursing Activism Conference 2026 is designed to bring that energy together in one room. This is a space for members who want to organise, influence and strengthen the profession from the ground up.
Through shared learning, movement‑building workshops and practical skills sessions, we’ll explore how forums can mobilise members, shape policy, and speak confidently.
