This online session will give RCN stewards working in the NHS the skills and confidence to support members through reorganisations and restructures in their workplaces.
With expert input from our national pay officers, this will be an interactive workshop to equip stewards with the knowledge and skills to build member engagement with this critical work and hold the employer to account.
If you are unable to attend this session, another is being held on Monday 30 November from 2pm - 4pm.
