This online session will give RCN reps working in the NHS the skills and confidence to support members through through job evaluation in their workplaces.
With expert input from our national pay officers, this will be an interactive workshop to equip reps with the knowledge and skills to build member engagement with this critical work and hold the employer to account.
This session is for RCN reps only. If you're an RCN member and a registered nurse, nursing associate or nursing support worker in employment, you can apply to become an RCN representative.
