Choose event information:
Nursing staff are essential, but our skills, knowledge and responsibilities are often taken for granted.
Join this session to understand more about how to have your role valued fairly. Job descriptions for nursing staff are often out of date or haven’t kept up with the changes in the nursing profession.
Job evaluation is the process of evaluating the level of skill, knowledge and responsibility your role requires. It is open to all staff employed directly by the NHS.
In this session you’ll hear about how to see your own value, understand job evaluation processes, get to ask questions. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what to expect of job evaluation processes across the UK.
