Inner South West London Branch AGM (hybrid)
You are warmly invited to your RCN Inner South West London Branch Annual General Meeting, which is being held on Thursday 16 October 2025 from 2:30pm - 4:00pm. The meeting will be held as a hybrid event; you are able to attend in-person at St George's Hospital, Neuro Seminar Room, Atkinson Morley Wing, Ground Floor; or you can attend online via MS Teams.
Come along and help make a difference by shaping local branch activities for the year ahead and electing your branch committee members. You can even stand for election yourself if you want to get more involved! During the meeting we will cover:
- Welcome + Introductions
- Review of minutes from last branch meeting
- Review of branch activities over the last 12 months
- Encourage members to join the branch WhatsApp group
- Propose switching time and format of future branch meetings to online only at 5:30-7 pm (vote)
- Nominations for branch executives roles: Chair/Vice Chair/Secretary/Treasurer (vote)
- Update on Autumn of Learning and sign up to roles
- Are Palantir’s values compatible with the NHS and are there safer, more cost effective alternatives to provide our Federated Data System? Presentation + discussion: actions re “ Back the break clause”

Join the branch committee
Why not consider standing for one of the branch committee posts, which includes branch chair, secretary and treasurer? Being a branch committee member is a great personal and professional development opportunity.
