The RCN Leadership Academy is delighted to invite both RCN members and non-members to the first event in its new quarterly Masterclass Series, which will launch with an inspiring session: Breaking the Bias Through Leadership – Power, Privilege and Progress.
This online masterclass brings together leading voices in health equity to explore how power, privilege and leadership behaviours shape experiences across the nursing workforce. Through expert insight, honest discussion and practical leadership reflection, this session will support nursing colleagues to deepen their understanding of gender equity, challenge inequitable systems, and to lead cultural and organisational change with confidence.
