As healthcare systems increasingly embrace technological innovation and artificial intelligence, understanding and articulating the value of nursing has never been more important.
In this Masterclass, Dr Yakusheva will draw on her own research exploring how artificial intelligence is reshaping the nursing workforce and what this means for nursing practice, leadership, workforce planning, policy and regulation. She will introduce the Nursing Human Capital Value Model, a pioneering framework that positions nurses as strategic assets within healthcare systems and demonstrates how nursing contributes measurable value to patient outcomes, organisational performance and long-term system sustainability.
This thought-provoking session will explore the intersection of nursing, economics, workforce strategy and emerging technologies, offering practical insights for today's leaders and those shaping the future of the profession.
