County Durham and Darlington branch meeting
13 May 2026, 09:00 - 11:00
Choose event information:
This is an opportunity to strengthen networks within your workplace and patch area, highlighting workplace issues to look out for and learning approaches and solutions from other workplaces that have already gone through these issues.
Make a note in your calendar to come back to this page a month before the meeting to book your place and add this event to your calendar.
Be there to meet and support other RCN members including your colleagues in a setting in which you can concentrate fully on yourselves and your wellbeing.
You may find the headspace to concentrate solely on yourself, your profession and your workplace a welcome break from the norm.
If you've never been to a branch meeting before, or haven't been for a long time, don't let that put you off.
Branches need active members more than ever. If workers don't stand up for your rights now you may find you lose them in the future. And that's a future worth fighting against.
There is strength in numbers, and nursing certainly has the numbers, so imagine the potential you all have to align, get organised and become a force to be reckoned with.
Booking will be available shortly. In the meantime, please ensure you have the time booked off work, and you mark this meeting firmly in your diary.
You are the RCN. Play your part in making change happen and winning what you deserve.
