This is an opportunity to strengthen networks within your workplace or patch area, putting out feelers around workplace issues to look out for and learning how other workplaces may approach and even solve them.
Book your place and add this event to your calendar.
Make sure you're there to with and support your workplace colleagues in a setting in which you can concentrate fully on yourselves and your own wellbeing, rather than concentrating on others as nursing staff so often do. You may find the headspace for concentrating solely on yourself and your profession and workplace a pleasant break from the norm.
If you've never been before, don't let that put you off. Branches need active members more than ever. If workers don't stand up for their rights now they may well find themselves losing them in the future.
