NHS pay bands must recognise the skills and experience of nursing staff.
Updated national nursing profiles were published in June 2025 following a lengthy review, which came after calls from the RCN for changes that respect and recognise the value of modern nursing.
During the latest sessions in our rep learning programme, join our expert staff and fellow reps to explore the nursing profile rollout in England and your role as a key influencer, ensuring each phase of the rollout is delivered in partnership with your employer.
