Update session for members working at ICBs in England

The announcement by NHS England Transition CEO, Sir Jim Mackey, that ICSs are required to make 50% cuts to overheads will impact services and individuals as much as the NHS England absorption into the Department of Health and Social Care.
If you work for an ICB you will have been through significant change management already and the announcement of these further cuts, without clear plans, may have left you struggling to understand what it might mean for you and your role. The recent blueprint publication will not have given the clarity we would have hoped for you.
