Biography – Dr Valentina Mauro
Dr Valentina Mauro is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine with over 20 years of experience in infertility and assisted conception. She currently is the Medical Director at The Fertility Home where supports a broad range of fertility services. Her clinical interests include recurrent implantation failure, endometrial pathology, adenomyosis, recurrent miscarriage, fertility preservation, and donor conception and surrogacy. Dr Mauro also supports fertility treatment for the communities in all way of life.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Mauro holds a Master of Laws in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Edinburgh and also works for the Parliamentary Health and Social Services Ombudsman. She is passionate about safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred fertility care, with particular interest in the interface between reproductive medicine, ethics, and lifestyle factors affecting fertility outcomes.
