RCN stewards and learning reps working in England are invited to this session which aims to explore what members should expect during probation and preceptorship.
It will apply to both the independent and social care sector and the NHS and what the implication are in this area of the recent employment legislation. We will look at what Learning Reps and Stewards can do to improve the working lives of members in this phase – and how we can hold the employer to account.
If you are unable to attend this session, another is being held on Monday 9 November from 10am - 12pm.
