The Annual General Meeting is open to RCN members only.
This year's AGM will take place 2pm-5.30pm on Tuesday 8 September at RCN HQ, 20 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0RN and online.

Your voice matters – be part of the conversation
The AGM is an opportunity to come together with fellow members and find out the latest about how the RCN is performing against its long-term strategic and financial targets. Have your say in the governance of the RCN.
Hear about preparations for the RCN’s new strategy
Members will receive an update on preparations for the RCN's next strategy and have the opportunity to share their perspectives on the priorities that matter most to nursing staff and the profession.
Have your questions answered
Ahead of the AGM, you can submit any questions you'd like answered via governance.support@rcn.org.uk. You can also ask questions in-person, and via our online meeting platform on the day.
These might be about RCN governance, services, finances or something specific to your area of nursing. If a question doesn’t get answered on the day, it will be included in a Q&A document which will be made available on the RCN website after the AGM.
Any questions submitted in advance by email are to be received no later than 5pm on Thursday 3 September 2026. After this time, you will only be able to ask questions on the day.
To attend in person
You can book your place using our online form.
To attend remotely
You do not need to pre-book. To join online on the day, use the joining link that will be emailed to all members by Civica Election Services (CES) by Friday 4 September.

Visitor car parking
Q-Park Oxford Street is an underground car park situated underneath Cavendish Square. You can pre-book your parking by visiting the Q-Park website.
Tube
The nearest stations are Oxford Circus and Bond Street.
Bus
There are many buses routes that stop nearby, including the 10, 25, 55, 73, 98 and 390.
Air
London has five major airports: London City, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Luton and London Stansted.

London Heathrow and City airports are directly connected to the Tube network.
