Designed for nursing professionals involved in career development, this one-day conference will offer practical tools, evidence-based insights and cross-industry learning to help you strengthen mentoring in your organisation.
What to expect
Across a full day of keynote speakers, expert-led sessions and interactive discussion, attendees will:
• Gain insight into the value of mentoring in supporting workforce development
• Identify and describe the core components that make mentoring programmes effective
• Analyse and learn from cross‑industry models of career mentoring
• Design practical and evidence‑informed mentoring support tailored for early‑career nurses.
• Identify and follow the appropriate steps to access the RCN Mentor Me Programme.
