This workshop for team managers will deepen your understanding of the RCN Nursing Workforce Standards and their practical application.

You’ll explore how the RCN Nursing Workforce Standards can serve as a benchmarking tool within your organisation and as a resource to support safe, effective patient care.
Through practical guidance, you’ll learn how to implement the Standards to empower staff, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen leadership practices.
The session will also provide an excellent opportunity to connect with nurse leaders across the UK, share insights, and exchange best practices.
