Over 1000 members, including many Nursing Support Worker (NSW) members, hold a governance role at the RCN. These members are part of shaping all aspects of the College at a local, regional and national level. This workshop is for Nursing Support Worker members, giving you an introduction to our governance structure understanding of the roles available and how you can in contribute to the effective governance and leadership of the RCN.
