This webinar aims to promote the importance of health and wellbeing of self and the team.
This webinar is suitable for all roles in the nursing and midwifery team: registered nurses and midwives, Health Care Support Workers/ Health Care Assistants, and pre-reg. nursing students working in the NHS or Independent Health and Social Care Sector. This event is organised by RCN Wales, but you do not need to be based in Wales to join us!

- Appreciate the professional expectations
- Identify sources of support available to you
- Identify strategies you can use
How to book
The closing date for all applications and payment is THURSDAY16 APRIL 2026.
You can book online via the 'Book Online' button above. Phone bookings can be made by telephoning our RCN Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4.30pm), quoting event ID 5795. You can also download and complete a booking form via the 'Download booking form' button above. Payments can be made via credit card/Maestro, invoice (purchase order required), or BACS.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to take online bookings for non-member Health Care Support Workers and non-member Nursing Students. Please book over the phone by calling our Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon-Fri, 9am - 4.30pm) to pay by card.
RCN Career break members – please telephone our Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon-Fri, 9am - 4.30pm) to book at the lower course fee, unfortunately you will not be able to book this rate via our online booking system – please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Cancellations received BEFORE 5PM THURSDAY 16 APRIL 2026 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
