This is your chance to really make a difference.
Join us to find out about the work of RCN reps and how we could support you to become one.
This session is for people who are interested in becoming an RCN rep in the West Midlands or who have submitted an Expression of Interest form. This is your opportunity to find out how stewards, safety reps and learning reps make a real difference in workplaces and how we can support you on your journey to becoming a rep. The sessions will be hosted by an RCN Officer for Reps and Activism, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
During these sessions, we'll cover:
- the different rep roles and responsibilities
- the training, development and support we provide
- what is expected of RCN West Midlands reps and how you can prepare

- Friday 29 May | 11am - 12pm

- Tuesday 14 July | 3pm - 4pm
- Wednesday 22 July | 6pm - 7pm
