This online session will give you the skills and confidence to support members through reorganisations and restructures in their workplaces.
You will gain knowledge about how to signpost, advise and represent RCN members through organisational change.
The session will cover issues such as shift patterns, work locations, job roles, grades, pay or other terms and conditions.
If you are unable to make this session, it is being repeated on Thursday 26 March from 2pm - 4pm.
