During the webinar, Patricia Hughes, RCN Associate Director - Nursing Practice, will explore Civility Saves Lives, a clinician-led initiative highlighting that respectful communication and workplace civility directly improve patient safety, staff wellbeing and team performance.

This webinar forms part of a series in celebration of Nursing Support Workers Day. The webinar is open to all RCN members, but we are especially interested in welcoming nursing support workers; members working in independent health and social care; and members from the Global Majority.
