All RCN representatives (reps) in Northern, North West and Yorkshire & the Humber regions are invited to join us for this continuous learning and development webinar.
Effective meetings are essential to building strong unions. This interactive ‘lunch and learn’ mini-webinar will equip reps with the practical skills and confidence to facilitate meetings that are inclusive, productive, and action focused.
Participants will explore the difference between chairing and facilitating, learn how to prepare effectively, and discover techniques that encourage participation, manage differences of opinion, and ensure all voices are heard. The session will cover creating accessible and welcoming meetings, developing clear agendas, using facilitation tools to increase engagement, and managing actions and accountability so that meetings lead to meaningful outcomes.
