They might be:

• A nursing support worker showing outstanding leadership potential
• A nurse, midwife, or health visitor who role models exceptional practice, has helped develop new services, or advocates for patients and colleagues
• A nursing or midwifery student whose enthusiasm and commitment shine through
• A nurse or midwife in higher education who is inspiring the next generation of nursing talent
