Annual report and accounts 2011-12

Annual report highlighting key areas and achievements in the RCN's work during the financial year 2011-12, and focuses on the contribution made by members and staff to deliver a better deal for nurses and for patients. The report reviews the year's events. Includes the Report of Council and the full financial accounts for the review period.
