RCN survey of nurses working with looked after children

Publication following on from an RCN led networking event in 2013 for nurses working with looked after children, where numerous issues and concerns were raised relating to changes in NHS structures, commissioning of services, workload and capacity, roles and responsibilities, as well as the potential perverse impact of the introduction of a Payment by Results tariff and unsafe working practices.
