RCN Eastern Pay Delivery Officer Steve Haynes will be running a series of webinars for staff who are unable to attend our in-person roadshows at Ipswich and Colchester hospitals.

- Why accurate job descriptions and person specifications matter.
- How to obtain and understand your MJR (Matched Job Report).
- What evidence can help demonstrate the requirements of your role.
- How the RCN's Know Your Worth guidance can support you and your colleagues.
