Personal injury

As an RCN member in England and Wales*, you're eligible for legal advice and representation for injuries sustained at work or elsewhere, which were not your fault. This includes assault, stress, lifting and handling and road traffic accidents. 

This service is free for RCN members, regardless of whether your claim is successful or not - meaning you will receive 100% of the compensation awarded.

*Non-work related injuries are excluded for members in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Road Traffic Accidents
