Personal injury

As an RCN member in England and Wales*, you can get legal advice and representation for injuries sustained at work or outside work, including assault, stress, lifting and handling and road traffic accidents. 

Our personal injury service is free for RCN members, regardless of whether your claim is successful. 

Strict deadlines apply to personal injury claims so if you think you may need to make a claim, talk to us without delay.  

*Non-work related injuries are excluded for members in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Road traffic accidents

We have a team of personal injury specialists who are dedicated to getting the best results for you following a road traffic accident.

Employer's liability

Employers have a duty of care for their employees against injury or accident at work.  Our expert legal team can assist with these cases. 

Public liability

Injuries in public places are common. Owners have a duty to ensure their premises are in a reasonable, safe condition to prevent injuries.

There are many forms of criminal injury. Our professional team can help you progress your claim and also provide support and counselling.
