Join us for an interactive session introducing Adult Social Care Fair Pay Agreements (ASC FPAs) created under the Employment Rights Act 2025. The Act enables an ASC Negotiating Body for England, and the Welsh Government is developing a Welsh Social Care Negotiating Body. There may be wider implications across the rest of UK.

We will outline what an FPA could mean for ASC nursing staff and how national terms and conditions may be negotiated.

We especially want to connect with members working in adult social care about how best to engage, support and represent you as this historic sector wide negotiation process begins in 2027.
