The purpose of this session is to present the development of the RCN’s multimorbidity resource available via RCN Learn, designed to support student nurses and early career professionals in navigating the complexities of multimorbidity in clinical practice. The aim is to highlight how co-produced, learner-informed educational tools can enhance understanding, confidence, and preparedness in managing multiple long-term conditions.

This session will explore the collaborative approach, content design, and input from the RCN students committee, demonstrating how the resource fosters reflective learning, supports diverse educational needs, and contributes to building a nurturing and inclusive learning environment in nursing education.
