From student to movement: organising for fair access to nursing jobs

This session will support student and newly registered nurses to take collective action in response to growing challenges in securing employment after qualification.
Drawing on real campaigning experience, the session will explore how members can organise locally, raise awareness, and influence change within their workplaces and regions. This session will help shift the conversation from individual frustration to coordinated, member-led action.
