March with the RCN at Newcastle Pride

The RCN Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Branch invite you to march together as proud RCN members at Newcastle Pride on Saturday 25 July.
Newcastle Pride is taking over from Northern Pride this year, so come and help support Curious Futures as they pick up the baton following extensive public consultation.
To keep costs down the whole day is taking place in the city centre this year, which increases visibility and accessibility
Information on exact timings hasn't been released yet, but so far the plan is to assemble from 11:30am at the Civic Centre in Newcastle City Centre. Last year the march started around midday and lasted approximately an hour so things shouldn't be too wildly different. Keep checking back to this page or the main Pride webpage for updates.
Look out for the branch's sail banner and members including Northern Board member and Northumberland, Tyne and Wear branch chair Andrew Mather. You should be able to spot them wearing RCN Pride in Nursing t shirts.
You are all welcome to bring friends and family or equally welcome to come and meet other RCN members.
